The CATCH program consists of six modules, each of which is designed to focus on a specific aspect of team dynamics. The modules that cover each of these values in details along with interactive workshops, group discussion and activities, self-reflection exercises, training techniques, group activities, role-playing exercises, interactive discussions, a short lecture, team-building activities, group discussions, feedback sessions and assessments to help participants develop practical skills, a hands-on learning experience, actionable insights that can be applied in real-world team situations. Assessments and evaluations to track progress and ensure that the team is meeting the objectives of the program. The CATCH program also includes follow-up sessions and ongoing support to reinforce the values and principles learned during the training.
