The aim of this program is to inculcate leadership skills in prospective in-service school principals, Academia, Management officials. This program is designed to prepare individuals for leadership role capacity building improving teaching, management and administration of school, college, educational and training institute and university.

The aim of this Academic Leadership program is to serve current and future educational

leaders in Pakistan by offering advance learning opportunities in educational leadership and engaging in scholarly activities to advance knowledge and practice in the field of educational leadership.

Objectives

By the end of this Certificate Program, you will be able to:

Program Structure

The Five Course Program is delivered through the flexibility and convenience of enriched and engaging online learning platform. Courses include 2 days a week, 3 hours each day, group activities, live streaming lectures and project work. Course delivery is designed to provide maximum benefit and flexibility through distance study.

Certificate Requirements

All five courses must be completed to earn the Certificate In Academic Leadership

Admission Prerequisites

Program is designed for current and aspiring School, college and university academic administrators at the Chair, Head, Director, Associate Dean and Dean levels.

Enrolment is open to all applicants who possess a minimum of a four-year equivalent undergraduate degree from a university recognized by the Education from HEC recognized institution.

Duration

One month, 2 days a week, 3 hours each day, total 8 sessions. A participant shall have to successfully complete 24 credit hour course.
