Ashraf J.W. Mall

Mr Ashraf Mall committed development professional with over 25 years of development/humanitarian and leadership experience in Pakistan.  From 2009 to 2019 led Tearfund as Country Representative/Director overseeing the partner portfolio and humanitarian response in Pakistan.  During his time with Tearfund also led the Pakistan Humanitarian Forum as its Chair.  Since 2019 have been leading Pakistan Partnership Initiative 9PPI) as co-founder and CEO.  Have served voluntarily on the board of governors of numerous development organizations. Have conducted many trainings, workshops, monitoring and evaluation exercises for different organizations in Pakistan. During his career have gained firsthand experience of The Sphere Project + protection principles in implementing Humanitarian projects. Currently also serving as a visiting faculty at The International Leadership Training Institute.  His personal vision is to see equality, justice, joy, freedom and peace among all segments of society.
