Dr. Khalid Masud

Dr. Khalid Masud possesses a distinguished track record of spearheading numerous government-funded institutional development, capacity-building, and community development initiatives. He notably led a proficient team of UNDP experts in the establishment of the esteemed Extension Services Management Academy (ESMA). In addition, he assumed the role of founding Director at the Directorate of Technical Training, ABAD, where he played a pivotal role in its inception.

 

Furthermore, Dr. Masud’s expertise extended to international endeavors as well, as he took the helm of a UNDP Mission dedicated to the comprehensive assessment of Refugee Affected and Hosting Areas (RAHA). His insightful leadership and guidance contributed significantly to the mission’s success in these areas.

 

In recognition of his multifaceted talents, Dr. Masud also lent his expertise to various business organizations as a consultant, focusing on both business strategies and developmental aspects. His unique perspective as a business and development expert further underscored his contributions in this domain. Currently, Mr. Masud is employed by Arid Agriculture University and is also a faculty member of TILTI.
