Ron is the Founder of Exponential Mindset Group. He served as a Vice President and Director – Motorola Solutions from Oct 1979 till Dec 2010. Ron’s passion for empowering leaders began during his own career as a Fortune 100 executive trainer. For more than 30 years, he has worked in and across multiple disciplines leading domestic, international and global operations. He was ultimately responsible for handling more than $20 Billion annually. He has been working as a speaker, consultant and executive coach since 2012 helping leaders and their teams think exponentially, live fully and lead for lasting success. Ron’s passion to see people thrive makes him unique. He loves hunting and passing time with his grandchildren.
