Tabita Jalal is a dedicated and accomplished professional with extensive experience in guiding individuals and organizations toward achieving their goals. Holding advanced degrees in Political Science and English Literature, along with a Bachelor of Science from the University of The Punjab, she is also a certified member of the John Maxwell Team.
In her current role at the International Leadership Training Institute, Tabita serves as a Faculty Member, key trainer, and Program Coordinator, combining her expertise in coaching, training, and strategy development. She is also a proficient language translator (Urdu-English-Urdu), effectively bridging communication gaps with her linguistic skills.
Her commitment to education is evident in her tenure as Administrator at Cornerstone Montessori and Primary Teacher at Pakistan Askari School, where she played a pivotal role in fostering academic excellence. Tabita’s diverse expertise includes serving as a First Aid Master Trainer with Johanniter International and as a Contact Center Executive at Al Ghurair Giga, further demonstrating her adaptability and commitment to professional excellence.
Her humanitarian spirit shines through her volunteer work as a nurse during the earthquake disaster with SACHET, showcasing her dedication to community service. A seasoned participant in national and international events and training programs, Tabita Jalal continually pursues excellence and growth, making a meaningful impact in every role she undertakes.
